Tom Mattingly is an experienced healthcare and business executive. His more than 25-year career extends across multiple disciplines including P&L leadership, operations management, value-based reimbursement and contracting, provider network development, and team and culture development. Prior to his role at ValueHealth, Mr. Mattingly held executive roles at CareSource, DentaQuest, Molina Healthcare, Aetna, and The Ohio State University Medical Center.

In addition to his role as Group President & General Manager, ValueHealth Payor & Network, Mr. Mattingly leads ValueHealth’s Culture and DEI committee. He is an avid community volunteer and channels his notable career experience to help create opportunities for underserved populations to have better and easier access to quality healthcare.
