The 22,000 square-foot ambulatory surgery center will offer same-day, elective surgery services in a modern, consumer-focused setting. With a full-time staff of 15 clinical associates, six operating suites and two procedure rooms, the Jefferson Surgery Center—Cherry Hill will be able to accommodate up to 10,000 surgical procedures annually in a variety of specialties, including orthopedics, gastroenterology, and pain management. Under a management services agreement with the joint venture, NueHealth will provide Jefferson Surgery Center—Cherry Hill with day-to-day management and operations support, including accounting, materials management, payor contracting, benefits administration and billing and collections.
